What happens on the discovery call?

It’s a relaxed 30-minute conversation where we learn about your business and goals. We’ll give you honest feedback on your current setup and explain how we may be able to help and the next steps if you wanted to become a Modus client.

How much do you charge?

Every business is different, so we provide a clear, fixed-fee quote after understanding your needs and service level requirements. No hidden charges, no hourly surprises. Most clients find we’re competitively priced for the high level of service we provide.

I’m not in Oxfordshire, can you still help?

Absolutely. While we have offices in Abingdon and Witney, we work with clients right across the UK. Most of our communication is by phone, email, and video call, so location is rarely an issue.

How easy is it to switch accountant?

Very easy. We handle the entire transition for you, including contacting your previous accountant for handover. Most clients are fully onboarded within a couple of weeks with minimal effort on their part.

Are you qualified accountants?

Yes. Our team includes CIMA, ACA and ACCA qualified professionals with decades of combined experience. After 8 years we have put together an amazing team of talented individuals to support you and your business.
