Being based in Switzerland and running his UK property business remotely, we wanted to get his thoughts on how he has found working with Modus Accountants during this challenging time for the property sector.
Describe your business and the services you offer
“Mubu is a property investment company specialising in UK HMOs & Holiday Lets.”
When did you first start working with Modus and what services were you looking for?
“We were looking for a more reliable accounting and registered office service company. I knew Modus from previous meetings and networking so wanted to give them a try.”

If you have worked with other accountants how does Modus compare?
“The previous accountant we had let slip a few important letters and also gave us some plain wrong advice. That was the main reason we switched to Modus.”
What would you say to anyone thinking of joining Modus?
“Modus is definitely a good choice. Not the cheapest option on the market, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for.”
